Responsibilities:

• Responsible for BKK/UPC area.

• Responsible for sales target achievement.

• Prepares sales reports and sales forecasts.

• Find new prospects and assess opportunities.

• Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns.

• Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product.

• Arranges appointments with clients.

• Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.

• Updates all contact information for clients.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, age between 24-40 years old.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science, Nurse or related field.

• Minimum 2 years experience in Medical Equipment Sales.

• Experience in selling AED, ventilator, infusion pump and patient monitor is preferable.

• Have own car.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support (i.e. local IFU, quick guide, specification, product.

• Regularly visit the existing customers to keep relationship, efficiency use the products and to receive feedback and customers need.

• Presales and post sales customer training.

• Handling demo devices and accessories including transportation.

• Manages and prioritizes the demo activities in general and generate reports based on demo feedback.

• Support the training for sales team in existing and new products.

• Quarterly update market, competitors’ information.

• Communicates new developments internally (product and market).

• Initiate, conduct and evaluate marketing activities: workshops, congresses, advertisements, etc.

• To be a consultant for sales team in tendering and sale processes.

• To be an information provider for business plan to his/her manager.

• Work & collaborate with all other resources in connection with customers, i.e. services, sales, managers.

• Problem solving to customer challenges and be the first choice of customer contact in case of device’s application.

• Commercial tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher major in Science, Nursing Science, Medical Technology, Medical Science, or related.

• 3 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical industry or healthcare market and experienced in medical device sales or medicine and medical supplies is a plus.

• Energetic, collaborative, creative and forward thinker.

• A good team player and drive to success.

• Willing to travel with own transportation.

• Proficiency in English and computer literacy.

• Problem-solving attitude

Qualifications:

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. ขึ้นไป ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์, อิเล็คโทรนิกส์, โทรคมนาคม, เครื่องกล,แมคาทรอนิคส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ดี- สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดและค้างคืนได้

• มีรถยนต์/จักรยานยนต์ และมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่ (ชายผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว)

• มีความขยัน และอดทน รักงานด้านบริการ

• ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี

• มีทักษะในการซ่อมแซมเครื่องมือ
